Hello!

My name is Elizabeth and I am a market researcher from the University of Queensland. I am currently involved in a project that is looking to export hand woven bamboo yarn kniitters in Europe. We will be going to Paris in late September/early October and are hoping to talk to knitters over there. But before we (me and my team) can do that, we need to get a better understanding of knitters and what they look for in different yarns etc. I was wondering if there would be any interest within your group to participate in a focus group so we can ask you questions as knitters, learn as much about the subject from you as possible and not look really silly in front of the French (and hope we don't look to silly in front of you).

For some more information on the focus group and what it would involve:
 - We are hoping to organise a room at the University of Queensland, St Lucia campus in which to have it
 - it will go from one to two hours, and if it suits the group, in your normal meeting time of tuesday nights
 - provide drinks and nibbles while you are there and by all means bring your knitting!
 - basically we will ask questions which can be discussed as a group

If you are interested, could you please let me know ASAP. Any help or information you can give me would be very much appreciated.

Regards
Elizabeth
