I should introduce myself: I taught myself to knit (not very well) a few years back, and I just recently learned how to crochet, and I must say, I am much, MUCH better with a hook,  especially with Happy Hooker's help.

Wow, I'm the exact opposite! Isn't that funny? I 1st learned how to crochet (just the basics), and keeping count really confused me (the instructions would say I should have 22 stitches, and I'd count 20)! So I recently gave knitting a go, and boy did I pick it up quickly. I haven't given up the hook though; I hope to get good at both.
